Warriors of Britain takes your privacy seriously. We believe trust is our foundation — and that means protecting your identity and your information above all else.
We are not a large organisation, we do not hold databases, and we do not operate like government or corporate bodies. We are a movement of people who value our privacy — and yours.
WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT OR STORE
This is our promise:

✅ WE DO NOT store your full date of birth
✅ WE DO NOT store photographs of you
✅ WE DO NOT store your personal phone number
✅ WE DO NOT store your email address in any public or shared system
✅ WE DO NOT share any information with third parties, government, police, or any external body
✅ WE DO NOT hold your details on any cloud server, website database, or online spreadsheet
WHAT — IF ANYTHING — WE MAY HOLD
Where absolutely necessary for local group coordination only, a designated trusted Area contact may keep:
• A chosen first name / call sign only
• A preferred contact method (handled offline or via private direct message — never publicly shared)
This information is held locally only — never centrally — and is deleted immediately if you leave or request removal.
WHY WE OPERATE THIS WAY
• Confidentiality is in our Warriors Pledge — what is said within our circle stays within our circle
• Safety first — we protect our members because we know that people with strong beliefs deserve to meet without fear of targeting
• No one is above the rules — even leaders do not have access to lists of private details
• We trust people, not systems — real face-to-face bonds matter more than digital databases
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:
• Confirm what information we hold about you
• Request immediate deletion of any information related to you
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Raise concerns — but we hope you will speak to us directly first
Because we hold so little, deletion is always immediate and permanent — no delays, no hoops to jump through.
DATA SECURITY
• No online databases — ever
• No shared spreadsheets — ever
• No third-party analytics — ever
• No automated processing or profiling — ever
• Any notes kept are held offline by one trusted person and destroyed when no longer needed
