🔹 NATIONAL LEADERSHIP

National Council

• National Convener – Public face, national coordination, speaks for the movement

• National Deputy Convener – Second-in-command, acts in Convener’s absence

• National Secretary – Records, meetings, communications

• National Treasurer – Transparent funds, public accounts

🔹 REGIONAL LEVEL

Regional Coordinator

• Oversees a region (e.g. North, South, Midlands, Wales, Scotland)

• Links local Area Leaders to the National Council

• Organises regional gatherings & actions

• Regional Deputy – Backup & support

🔹 AREA LEVEL — THE HEART OF THE MOVEMENT

Area Leader

• Leads a town, city, or borough

• Builds the local group, holds regular meetings

• Knows every member by name

• Area Deputy – Covers absence, leads small teams

• Area Secretary – Attendance, meeting notes, local communications

• Area Treasurer – Local funds, full transparency

• National Stewards (3–5) – Discipline, fairness, uphold the Pledge

🔹 BRANCH / STREET LEVEL

Branch Captain

• Leads a ward, village, or neighbourhood

• Small team (6–12 members ideal)

• Daily contact, local action, support for families

• Branch Representative – Reports to Area Leader

🔹 EVERY MEMBER

• Abides by the Warriors Pledge

• Attends meetings when able

• Upholds truth, honour, and freedom

• No rank above the Pledge — all serve equally

🔹 KEY RULES

• Leaders are servants, not masters — they can be replaced by their members

• No one holds two top roles — no concentration of power

• All funds published — no hidden money

• Confidentiality protected — as per your Pledge

• Unity above all — no division, no factions
